Training on your schedule at your site-
Employees are already present or are familiar with the location.

Shorter class times-
This means less cost to you in wages/overtime for training.

Up front, flat-rate pricing-
You'll know exactly how much your training will cost you in advance. When you decide to use us, you'll be invoiced in advance if you would like so there are no surprises. If the number of trainees changes, you can opt for either a training credit or refund.

Proof of training-
We provide you with e-copies of all training completion rosters. 9/11 Training will also maintain copies as a fail safe.

Cards or completion certificates to all who complete training-
For our CPR students, everyone who passes the course will receive a completion card.. Depending on the type of course, they will be either AHA e-cards or proprietary 9/11 Training cards. All other course participants will receive course completion certificates.

Realistic training-
Students receive real world, hands-on training. CPR on beds, tables, benches, and so forth isn't realistic, so why should the training you receive be any different? Reasonable accommodations for physical difficulties will be made on a case by case basis, and for the most part, will not be a determining factor in completion of the courses. Barrier devices, if needed, are provided by 9/11 Training.

A fun, relaxed training atmosphere-
Your employees will appreciate being able to secure their training in an environment tailored to them. Classes will take up less of their time, be less stressful, more engaging, more productive, and educational.

Cost savings over many of our competitors-
We purposely work to keep our costs low. We have no buildings to maintain, fancy work labs or simulators that, while nice, are generally not where these skills will be performed. We believe you should "train as you would experience in the real world." This allows us to pass these savings on to you, the customer. Our low overhead allows us to be focused on the reason you hired us...teaching and training your people.

The Fine Print...

While 9/11 Training is committed to providing the best in course instruction, we understand that sometimes things go wrong. Should you need to cancel and re-schedule a class please try and give us 24 hours notice. Also please note we require a minimum of 6 students up to a maximum of 25 to hold a class (Entry classes are capped at 16). Should these numbers not work for your business there are many ways we can still accommodate your needs. Give us a call or message us for details.
