Blaine Porter, Owner
-Blaine began teaching CPR while still on active duty in the U.S. Army in 1991. He began his career in EMS that same year, and entered the Fire service in 1997. He was a responder to the Pentagon on 9/11 and currently works for the Coeur d' Alene Fire Department as a Firefighter/AEMT. He is a recipient of the Pentagon Response Service Bar, the Idaho Medal of Honor, and the Firehouse National Award for Heroism. In addition to his duties as a Firefighter, he is also a certified Locksmith and the owner/operator of Cowboy Locksmithing.
Cody Moore, Instructor
-Cody entered the fire service in 2008 as a volunteer firefighter in Sheridan, OR. He obtained a degree in paramedic technology and began working as a firefighter/paramedic. In 2011 he moved to Idaho and began working for the Northern Lakes Fire Department. He is currently a Firefighter/Paramedic at the Coeur d’Alene Fire Department. In addition, he is certified as a critical care paramedic. He is also a FEMA certified canine handler for IDTF1 and WATF1.
